Our 4 Core Assumptions
We approach your organization's challenges with a set of assumptions that guide our work. We assume that:
1. In order to solve a problem, we have to have a deep understanding of what the problem really is (often it's not what you think it is!); who is involved; and what they need. 2. Understanding your audience is key to building effective communication and creating community. 3. Building more effective communication - between members of your organization, between your organization and its audience, even between members of your audience - creates more effective business. 4. There is usually a much simpler, less expensive, more innovative, or more sustainable way to achieve your goals - and Imagine More can help you find that way. |
Who We Are
Imagine More was founded by Katie Hawkes, a San Diego, California-based ethnologist, ecologist, data scientist, design thinker, world traveler, beekeeper, gardener and cook.
Katie holds a BA in Anthropology and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Environmental Science from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and a decade of experience in branding, advertising, and market research. She founded Imagine More to bring the benefits of top-tier branding & marketing to the people trying their hardest to change the world for the better, and the incredible Imagine More team of partners, collaborators, and contributors continues to grow today. Our methods are a combination of ethnography, design thinking, and traditional branding/marketing/communications tools. |
